Pastor Jason Rogers

          Jason is young. He’s not even thirty years old. Yet he is a successful executive and entrepreneur. Most notably on his resume are his executive positions as a CEO, Executive Director, City Councilman, and as a Pastor.  Jason Rogers is the Youngest African American City Council Person EVER elected in Paris, Texas.  Jason has received numerous awards and honors within the community and was even honored as a Young Elected Official by the President of the United States. Jason was invited to the White House by the President where he discussed policy and future legislation with top White House officials. However, if you talk to Jason, he insists that he is just a regular person. He believes that anyone can accomplish the things he has if they are given the resources and willing to work.

            As a Mentor, Non-Profit Development Specialist, Motivational Speaker and Pastor, Jason has traveled all over the country. As a mentor, Jason takes the time to touch the lives of young people on an individual basis as much as possible. As a Non-Profit Development Specialist, Jason works on a consultative basis to put non-profit youth-serving and community impact organizations on the right track to success.  As a Motivational Speaker, Jason has had the pleasure to speak to some of the most diverse and engaging audiences in the U.S., from speaking at schools on the Navajo Nation Indian Reservation to the small rural communities of East Texas. As a Pastor, Jason ministers to the lost, the broken, and many families in need of spiritual guidance.

           Jason is a dedicated Husband and Father. He has been since he was 19 years old. Since he was 19, Jason has been driven and focused on taking care of his family. He worked nights and went to school during the day in order to give his wife and son everything they needed. Jason always knew he wanted to be a great husband and father. He knew that he wanted to have a strong family with strong family values. The one thing he did not know is that he would one day be teaching others how to have 

the same. Jason councils families and teaches men the importance of fatherhood and helps them gather the tools to be a great dad.


             A native of Texas Jason stays active in the community. He has held positions as an Executive Board Member for CASA for Kids, Executive Director of the Ralph Rodgers Academy, Executive Board Member for St. Paul Baptist Church, Executive Board Member for the Boys and Girls Club. Jason has a decade of executive experience with a Bachelor’s in Psychology and soon a Masters in Organizational Management.
