Associate Pastor,  Preacher,  Counselor,  Conference Speaker,  Life Coach,  Mother and Wife are just a few of the divine assignments that Niki Brown has embraced in her life.  Known for her dynamic and powerful preaching style, she has been in ministry preaching, teaching, and counseling for over 19 years.  Using the backdrop of her life and her own struggles to fuel her ministry, Niki Brown is passionate about impacting the people of God with life changing truth.

          Reared in a God-fearing home, Niki was exposed to the gospel of grace at an early age.  Coming from a musically gifted family, she spent her early years singing in various gospel groups and choirs. It was this early exposure which left an indelible mark upon her life and pushed her into a relationship with God.

​

          It was not until she graduated high school that she embraced the mandate from God to preach and teach.  In 1995, she joined Bethany Baptist Church, where she was blessed with the opportunity to be mentored and trained under the tutelage of Bishop David G. Evans.  She was formally licensed in February 2001 and subsequently ordained in October 2004.

​

          Niki received her Master's Degree in Christian Counseling from Philadelphia Biblical University and in 2005, under the direction of Bishop David Evans; she created and implemented the Breath of Life (BOL) Counseling Program under Generations Inc; at Bethany Baptist Church.  BOL is a multi-cultural counseling program with a mission to provide enrichment, counseling, and life direction to individuals, marriages, and families in the community and church at large.

          Faithfully serving as the Pastor of Family Ministries at Bethany Baptist Church in Lindenwold, NJ; she oversees a large multi-faceted department which includes, but is not limited to the Men's, Women's, Couples, Seniors, and Single Parents’ ministries.

​

          Having been uniquely gifted to serve the body of Christ, it was in 2006 that her mandate and vision began to expand.  Niki Brown Ministries was birthed with a global vision to bring empowerment, transformation, and hope, through impactful, non-traditional preaching, and teaching, counseling and life coaching.  Traveling extensively throughout the region, Niki has become relentless in her mission to empower individuals, particularly women, to discover and embrace divine purpose and destiny.

          Niki sits on the board of the Winslow Township School District in Winslow Township NJ
and is the CEO of Purposed by Design Ministries which is a community based holistic life development ministry designed to empower women in every facet of their life through life coaching, mentoring, empowerment classes and conferences. She is also working on her first book release entitled: Purposed By Design, Your Destiny Awaits!
